However, both their promitions clerk and manager refused to hold the certificate for me even though i spend my time there often and feel i was due the certificate to a cruise based on my play. i also frequently attend their concerts, restaurants and shops.
They didnt care that i am retired and travel often I m explained that I am a frequent player at their casino etc. They said it was because it had been done for me in two past years before. They refused to hold it for 1 week until i got back home. Recently i couldnt attend a cruise giveaway they offered me because i was out of country at the time.
